Australia-wide shipping to residential and business addresses is available via courier. We ship orders daily and will endeavour to have orders dispatched between 48-72 hours after payments been made. Please note we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers and will thus need a street address for all shipping. Tracking will be automatically sent via email once the order is complete and has been booked with it's respective courier.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs vary due to zoning, the weight of parcels and parcel size. Rural addresses and heavier items have increased fees. All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Due to current fuel and shipping cost we no longer offer free shipping over 500 dollars, we will strive to return this option but during current fuel crises this service is unfortunately no longer available.
Delivery times:
Delivery times may vary due to location, public holidays, natural disasters and other variables beyond our control. We will always do our best to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner.
Local pick Up:
Local pick up is available for orders over $100 in Camira Queensland 4300. A pickup time will be arranged via email, pick-up times are subject to availability. If you would this shipping option, please drop us an email prior to placing your order.
Delivery or courier errors:
In the event of orders being lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered we will contact the courier and take the required steps to resolve it. We will do our best to resolve any issues in a timely manner but unfortunately, this process can take up to 2 weeks. In any case we will keep you fully aware of the situation via email, in the event the parcel is lost by the courier we will replace the items. Please note a fee will be incurred for re-shipping an order if the wrong shipping information was provided initially.
International shipping:
We do not offer shipping outside of Australia.
